Well I am a happy camper today hoped on scales this morning and I was 75kg wow 1kg down did happy dance. Today I am doing a massive house clean and folding and Ironing that should burn off some calories
my food dairy for today so far Breakfast Special K advantage, sultans, milk cup off coffee with milk and glass of water.
My challenges week 1 only snack on whole fruit
week 2 challenge halve non water intake- cut right back on diet soft drink
week 3 mix it up , so i already go to the gym 2 days a week so now I will & have been going walking
with my daughter Amanda and our two dogs big long walks and Amanda has been assigning me workouts.
week 4 write down everything i eat for the next 7 days and to be totally honest no cheating as I would only be cheating myself.
Now my challenge is I only signed up to 12wbt on the 26th of March.
However I have since Christmas been working on my weight with hypnotherapy and one one however I now need to ramp it up and I think the 12wbt is the way to do it! My goal is to be fab at 50!!
