well today is Sunday the 14th of April.... So have been on this journey now for around 4 weeks now. I have started feeling better in myself my skin is looking really well and I feel good on the inside too!
My new goal is to start running 6 days a week as I need to train for the 14km run from City2South.
if I cannot do the run in the morning I will do it at night.
This journey is going to become my lifestyle it is not a diet or just a phase, my plan is to be healthy for the rest of my life. I have also changed to a lot of organic foods and we are going to start growing our own organic food.

Running
Hi I am back...... I have missed a few days. Well what can I say well I have been going for 4km walks however yesterday with going to the gym and taking the dogs for a walk/run I did a massive 6.8km.
So my plan for the following week is tomorrow I will be up the Sunshine coast so will go for a run up there. Wednesday I will be at Gym, Thursday big walk, Friday Gym Saturday , Gym and Sunday long walk. I already parking my car further way and take the stairs.

So sore for running decided to give myself a break tonight the top of my thighs so sore I can hardly move.
But will be back at it tomorrow. So today I ate Breakfast - special K advantage, sultans, milk & white coffee. M/t - Mandarin, Lunch - wrap,lettuce, tomato, ham, 5% reduced cream cheese A/t Mandarin
Dinner tortalini with sundried tomato sauce.

Weigh in Day 3rd of April 2013
weigh in day ! 3rd of April 2013
so step on scales this morning woohoo 500gm down so Today I was 75.5Kg. I am very happy with this.
So updated my photo me @ 75kg to show full body so this is my fat photo with our two dogs Zoro and Dory. This photo was taken on Saturday just gone.
So went for a Run/jog after work along the broadwater at Labrador my legs are so saw now, but very proud I did it.
so for breakfast had my usual Special K advantage with sultans and milk and white coffee, Lunch had wrap with lettuce, tomato, ham and 5% reduced fat cream cheese. dinner - brought Nandos so had little chicken with 4 small ribs and about 10 chips drink of coke zero and white coffee.
so my daughter (25) is eating easter eggs, brings out one to me as it has
lots of mint in it and dark chocolate so says to me i have to eat it, Now i do love mint I thought about and said I don;t have to eat it, but i did it was only 1/2 of small egg. Amanda then comes back out and said did you eat it and did you like it I said yes I did eat it was a rich, so she says I have another one you can have I it. I say no i don't want another one so puts in fridge I don't intend to eat for another week......not even sure if i want it then.

Well Good Morning team mates, I am very happy that I am on track to loose my weight, so on Sunday I weighed 75kg so thought i would get into the swing of things and get use to weighing myself oon a Wednesday instead of Friday like I usually do!
So will be going for a run/walk tonight went last night enjoyed it and did break a sweat intend on doing the same tonight. Really looking forward to this 12WBT now I am loving it!

So Next challenge is to exercise for 7 days. so went for run/walk for an hour & 30 mins yes did build up a sweat! This is the begining of my training for the 14km City2South run
so I have already been walking down the stairs instead of taking the lift and also parking my car further away.
