well today is Sunday the 14th of April.... So have been on this journey now for around 4 weeks now. I have started feeling better in myself my skin is looking really well and I feel good on the inside too!
My new goal is to start running 6 days a week as I need to train for the 14km run from City2South.
if I cannot do the run in the morning I will do it at night.
This journey is going to become my lifestyle it is not a diet or just a phase, my plan is to be healthy for the rest of my life. I have also changed to a lot of organic foods and we are going to start growing our own organic food.
