So Next challenge is to exercise for 7 days. so went for run/walk for an hour & 30 mins yes did build up a sweat! This is the begining of my training for the 14km City2South run
so I have already been walking down the stairs instead of taking the lift and also parking my car further away.
so for Breakfast had special K advantage with sultana and milk, white coffee
Morning tea Apple and glass water
Lunch was sushi tereaki chicken & coke Zero
Dinner 2 kebab sticks with honey chicken, fruit salad and white coffee.
