Hi I am back...... I have missed a few days. Well what can I say well I have been going for 4km walks however yesterday with going to the gym and taking the dogs for a walk/run I did a massive 6.8km.
So my plan for the following week is tomorrow I will be up the Sunshine coast so will go for a run up there. Wednesday I will be at Gym, Thursday big walk, Friday Gym Saturday , Gym and Sunday long walk. I already parking my car further way and take the stairs.
