Happy Monday 


Well had a bit of sleep till 8.30am as last day I can do this as back to work tomorrow.
So my cupboards and fridge is bear while we await for our shopping to be delivered tomorrow due to day being a public holiday.

so for breakfasts I had 2 slices of toast with 5% less fat cream cheese and black coffee
M/t had some Easter egg and about a quarter and started to feel sick and could not eat anymore so have put in fridge.

so for lunch I will be having scrambled eggs with on slice of multigrain toast.

At 3pm will be going for 4km walk will try to go a bit further and each day Amanda and I go for walk we make it a bit longer.  

Dinner will be T Bone steak with mushrooms and eggs.

Next week I am going to start training for the City2South 14km run so my inspirational/motivational quote is 
This works I did this the other day I was getting tired and thought  no I am not done  and I got a burst of energy

So went for 4km walk with Amanda my daughter and our two dogs.
My food for today was Breakfast - Special K advantage with sultans and little milk & black coffee
Lunch- 4 slices of Garlic bread, 600ml water
Dinner Beef strogenoff with carrots, mashed potato & beans, 600mls water.

Happy Easter!

Well I choose not to have any Easter eggs today.

I am also committed to on Sunday the 12th of May doing the 8km walk at Main Beach on the gold Coast, Suncorp Bank 5.7km challenge.

So last night I have a JD & coke as it was Saturday night and I very rarely  drink anyway luck if I have one every 3 to 6 months.

So my favorite quote is  "Your true intentions always equals your results"

You may think your intention is to do one think but your results may say different so your true intention was never do to what you thought it was.

2nd part of Saturday 30th March 2013

Ok so have cleaned one bathroom and swept & mopped bathroom & kitchen floors while having the stereo full board and danced and cleaned at the same time no one else was home!

Dancing while cleaning
For Lunch I had wrap
Lunch with 5% reduced cream chesse
lettuce, tomato & apple with 600ml bottle of water

So for Dinner  I had a T bone steak and slice of bread cup of coffee

Saturday March 30th 2013 (Morning)

Well I am a happy camper today hoped on scales this morning and I was 75kg wow 1kg down did happy dance.  Today I am doing a massive house clean and folding and Ironing that should burn off some calories

my food dairy for today so far Breakfast Special K advantage, sultans, milk cup off coffee with milk and glass of water.

My challenges week 1 only snack on whole fruit
week 2 challenge halve non water intake- cut right back on diet soft drink

week 3 mix it up , so i already go to the gym 2 days a week so now I will & have been going walking
with my daughter Amanda and our two dogs  big long walks and Amanda has been assigning me workouts.

week 4 write down everything i eat for the next 7 days  and to be totally honest no cheating as I would only be cheating myself.

Now my challenge is I only signed up to 12wbt  on the 26th of March.

However I have since Christmas been working on my weight with hypnotherapy and one one however I now need to ramp it up and I think the 12wbt is the way to do it!  My goal is to be fab at 50!!


Exercise & Food

Well today the 29th of March was the third day of walking the dogs with may daughter Amanda, each day we have made the walk bit longer.

My food intake for the last 2 days had been as followed

Thursday 28/3/13 Breakfast Special K advantage, milk, sultans, cup of coffee
Lunch - wrap with 50% reduce fat cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, 2 slices of turkey, 1 x apple, glass of water.
Dinner - Nile fish with carrots, broccoli , potato 1 cup of coffee,

Friday   Breakfast Special K advantage, milk, sultans, cup of coffee
Lunch - wrap with 50% reduce fat cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, 2 slices of turkey, 1 x apple, 1 can of pepsi max

Afternoon tea Apple
Dinner ok so was naughty had red rooster roll with medium chips and coke zero

Exercise today was big walk for about an hour

so my starting weight is 76kg and my goal is to be down to 64kg my the end of the 12weeks.
