Happy Monday
Well had a bit of sleep till 8.30am as last day I can do this as back to work tomorrow.
So my cupboards and fridge is bear while we await for our shopping to be delivered tomorrow due to day being a public holiday.
so for breakfasts I had 2 slices of toast with 5% less fat cream cheese and black coffee
M/t had some Easter egg and about a quarter and started to feel sick and could not eat anymore so have put in fridge.
so for lunch I will be having scrambled eggs with on slice of multigrain toast.
At 3pm will be going for 4km walk will try to go a bit further and each day Amanda and I go for walk we make it a bit longer.
Dinner will be T Bone steak with mushrooms and eggs.
Next week I am going to start training for the City2South 14km run so my inspirational/motivational quote is
